About At Your Pace
Our Mission
At Your Pace, Inc. is committed to transforming pediatric therapy into a model that is joyful, functional, and grounded in everyday life. The organization eliminates traditional clinical gatekeeping and replaces it with open access, dignity-centered design, and family-led progress. Services begin where administrative processes end, emphasizing adapted play, caregiver empowerment, and the belief that every child deserves a space to thrive at their own pace.
Our History
Founded in 2025 by a group of pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapists alongside parents of children with disabilities, At Your Pace combines 40+ years of therapist expertise with parent empowerment to ensure that inclusive play and adaptive recreation are accessible to all. We aim to become a nationally recognized model of inclusive, community-driven care that is co-designed by families and delivered with joy.
Our Programs
At Your Pace, Inc. provides families with a welcoming environment where children can grow, learn, and play at their own pace. We believe progress looks different for every child, which is why our programs are designed to honor individual journeys. Families choose the level of support they need — from caregiver guidance to therapist expertise — while always feeling empowered, respected, and included. No insurance or Doctor's order needed.
